What is your new patient procedure?
First, set up an appointment either through Zocdoc or by giving us a call! Next, plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to fill out a few forms before you see the doctor. Please plan to bring a form of identification and an insurance card. From there, we are here to help you! After that, any necessary steps will be given to you by the front desk.
How much will my copayment be?
This varies based on your insurance plan and the type of visit. We strive to get you the best price possible, but it depends on the specific visit. To get a better idea, give us a call.
Do you take immigration patients?
Yes, we do! Please come with a form of ID and be prepared to fill out some forms, and we will take care of the rest!
Do you take walk-in patients?
It is preferred that you make an appointment either by calling or online through ZocDoc.com. If it is an emergency, then please call 911. However, we can likely fit you in during the day as a walk-in, but the wait time may be longer.
